Refund and Return Policy

  • RETURNS
    1. Our policy is "14" physical days from the day of receipt. If 14 days have lapsed from the date your item(s) are marked delivered from the shipping company. You will not be eligible for any return or refund.
    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. With requested photography provided.
    3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All Perishable goods, worn clothing, electronics, books, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods of any kind or condition.. Hazardous items and/or items containing batteries, flammable liquids or gasses.
    4. In addition to restricted items by the postal service etc. Any items sold on "Sale, clearance, discontinued, last items, from a previous approved return, damaged by you, or not approved returns will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind.
    5. Items approved for return due to our error will be corrected as soon as actually possible and may include a delayed shipping due to some items being handmade, where as your replacement item may vary from the the hand making process, this may include slight color differences and textures.
    6. Items eligible for exchange will be exchanged for the same item, be that a different size or the same. items that cannot be exchanged will be given a store credit/gift card for the purchase amount of the return, but will not hold any cash value otherwise.

 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There will be a restocking fee for ALL freight (truck shipped) items in the amount of 25%. This cost covers the fuel surcharge from the shipping company. Unless the reason for return is due to our error.

 

  • Refunds (if applicable)
    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If you are approved, then your refund/store credit or any method your return qualifies for will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@thevintagephoenix.com.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) 
    1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@thevintagephoenix.com and send your item to: 701 w washington st Broken Arrow Oklahoma US 74012. after approval is given.
  • Gifts
    1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will issued to you. This is in accordance to our standard return/refund policy terms
    2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
  • Shipping
    1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 701 w washington st Broken Arrow Oklahoma US 74012, unless a location is mentioned(third-party vendor)
    2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
    3. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
